* Physical Prints — made to order, with orders being placed the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month. Please allow 7 days from the 2nd or 4th Monday of the month (whichever falls after your order date) for your order to be shipped.
* Digital Prints — following your order, you will receive a separate email within 48 hrs of your order date, containing the hi-res art files in 4 sizes. Note: we cannot change the aspect ratio of the artwork but are happy to provide smaller or larger sized files if needed. Reply directly to the art file email if you encounter any issues with printing and we’re happy to help out.
